Mission Statement: GLSEN is the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe schools for all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. GLSEN's Research Department conducts research and creates resources that document anti-LGBT bias in education (K-12 schools) and examines the utility of GLSEN's recommended resources and interventions for creating safer schools for all students.
