Mission Statement: Congress Watch is the division of Public Citizen, a national non-profit membership organization, that advocates before Congress and the executive branch and assists states on campaign finance reform, government and corporate accountability, consumer legal rights and public health and product safety through lobbying, public education, research, and media outreach.
