Excellent list of print/online resources, well-cited

I found this guide to be clearly written, well-cited, and pretty concise. I was glad that cultural competency was treated as a desirable goal to be pro-actively aimed for, not as a defensive reaction to political correctness. I was also glad that the guide spent a good amount of time correcting misconceptions. I do wish this guide better addressed how to tailor their suggestions for different sizes/atmospheres of workforce development organizations, as it seems geared toward larger groups. I liked that there was a helpful graphic on diversity for visual learners, and the list of print and online resources was immensely useful.
