This research article redefines the way people categorize themselves as healthy. The ASU Resilience Project, as outlined in the article, persuades the reader that thinking about health only in terms of state of the body can be detrimental. Instead, health can be defined through mental states and abilities to react to stress and change, inevitable aspects of life.

This personal health can then be applied to strengthening communities, which in return the individual benefits from. The research is interesting and easy-to-read. Terms are clearly defined and lists are used to keep the project goals organized and understandable.
