Good support for assertions

This article is really well-organized, and very thoroughly cited. The recomendations were clear and clearly linked to the research and findings. Lays out a very explicit case for reforms and sentencing alternatives by linking the human and financial costs, as they are inevitably connected.

I also liked how focusing on Illinois turned the Drug War into a very comprehendable microcosm for me, even though I would think trends are consistent state to state
