New Evaluation Collection Allows Social Sector to Easily Share Results

Open Knowledge

July 07, 2017

We believe that the ability to learn shouldn’t be limited by who you know. Every day foundations and nonprofits learn hard-earned lessons about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and why. But not enough of them share those lessons consistently and openly. Now there is a simple way for foundations, nonprofits, and the evaluators they work with to share – and openly access – what their peers and colleagues in the field are learning from their work.

IssueLab’s new Results collection provides open access to evaluations from foundations and nonprofits working on dozens of different issue areas. The new service includes three key features to help change makers build on each other’s knowledge.

Share Results: A place to learn about the initiative, find out what we’re up to, and upload your most recent evaluation.

Find Results: A growing, open access collection of evaluations AND a tool for visualizing not just what has been learned but who is funding and implementing evaluations on the issues that matter to you.

Measure Results: A curated collection of reports and methodological guides focused on building the evaluative capacity of social sector organizations.
