The purpose of the foundation is to improve society through social activism. The foundation supports: 1) Positive portrayals of gays and lesbians in the media; 2) The reduction and elimination of the manufacture and sale of handguns; 3) Eliminating the rare animal trade; 4) Los Angeles organizations that are working to better the civic and cultural life of all who call L.A. home; and 5) Voter registration activities.
