The trust is committed to improving the health of the Chicago area's most vulnerable residents: the poor, children and youth, people with disabilities, the elderly, immigrants and refugees, and the uninsured. Its grants and initiatives support the work of organizations serving these populations, as well as efforts to achieve lasting change in the region’s healthcare delivery system.
