The countries covered are Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Kosovo, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, the Slovak Republic, and Slovenia.
